House of Kolour's Shimrin universal bases are easy to apply, and are available in a striking array of colours. The fast drying bases provide fast coverage, long term resistance to fading and a perfect, uniform base colour that perfectly aligns metallics and pearls for almost immediate urethance topcoats. BC Shimrin Metallic Bases Shimrin Metallic Bases may be cleared for a final finish, or used as a base for Kandy's. With their unique chemical make-up, they may be top coated with either acrylic lacquer or urethane enamel. May be reduced 50% with RU Series reducer.
